I think you guys did everything in a very thorough yet quick manner. I appreciated the speed of the responses and no hidden fees, and as it was my first time as a Guarantor, your team was very efficient in moving us through the process. Alex (the tenant) is busy with his studies but he really enjoys his new place :)
